It’s so beautiful at the beach in the winter.  The days can be cool and crisp or warm and calm.

This third day of January, 2010, was quite warm as the sun slowly melted into the quiet Pacific waters.  Not a leaf was moving…there was barely a wave.  I took Molly, our dog, for short walk near Point Fermin Lighthouse.  She enjoys visiting with other four-legged creatures.  Kids always want to pet her.  She picks and chooses who she gets friendly with, but will gladly sniff everyone. 

We stayed for about 45 minutes this evening. 

I’m sure glad I made the trip.  It was worth it.
