Sunset Beach Sunset

Who says we don’t have beautiful sunsets?  Not me!!

I love going out to location with a wide open sky…like the beach…when we are about to have a promising sunset.  I haven’t been to Sunset Beach is more than twenty years.  I used to go there all the time when I was just out of high school, but when I had kids, we never went there because the restrooms are soooooooo far away from the beach.  The great thing, though, is that you don’t have to pay for parking.  After all these years, I think it’s still the only beach with free parking, and it’s very close to the sand.

Tonight was beautiful.  Actually, I didn’t go there for the sunset, in particular.  I was driving down there and saw the wind surfers.  They caught my attention.  I don’t think I got any good shots, but was lucky enough to be there as the sun was going down.
